Certification Assessments

The following documents were completed to apply for official certification to become a Certified Ergonoimic Assessment Specialist (CEAS). Collin completed these documents at the conclusion of the ergonomic course via The Back School. Assessments were comprised of watching a video provided by The Back School and then completing ergonomic forms and reports. The W-1 was completed for an industrial worker, and the D-2 was completed for an office worker. Pictures are not available for these assessments, as they are simulations to facilitate the learning process when completing application for official certification. When completing forms and reports for businesses it is encouraged to complete a worker interview, communicate with health and safety members, and collaborate with onsite management.
